Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Original packaging should be retained when possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period. We will provide return instructions and arrange for the item to be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom restoration work and items that have been altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Items that have been used or show signs of wear beyond normal handling are also not returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item that differs from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Restoration Services

Restoration services are custom work performed on customer-provided furniture. These services are not eligible for returns or refunds once work has begun, as the restoration process is tailored to each specific piece. We work closely with clients during the planning phase to ensure satisfaction.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timeframes.
